Avantio Channel Manager presents new preferred partner LaComunity
We are pleased to announce a new Preferred Partnership with Avantio Channel Manager, with the Spanish portal for Holiday lettings in Europe, LaComunity.
Founded in 2011, LaComunity is the one of the most important holiday apartment rental website in Europe.
With presence worldwide since April 2013, LaComunity are leading the market in rental of quality holiday apartment. By the end of 2016 they plan to be the top international portal in number of holiday accommodation with instant booking. They want the experience of booking a holiday apartment, villa or unique lodging experience, to become easier, faster, instantaneous, safe and economic.
They already have more than 100,000 properties in 79 countries and 1,480 cities with ‘instant booking’ and an ever-expanding user community.
LaComunity’s top sales markets are in Spain, UK and France; and it offers the portal in the following languages; English, Spanish, Catalan, French and Italian. The destinations of interest to LaComunity clients include City breaks, Beach holidays, Ski trips and Rural escapes.
The top 5 destination countries for bookings enquiries are for New York, Madrid, Andalusia (Seville, Cadiz, Granada), Balearics (Ibiza, Minorca and Formentera) and London.
LaComunity joins Avantio Channel Manager as new preferred partner
LaComunity is included in the packages of the Channel Manager (from Standard Package upwards) as an ‘Included Channel’.
- If you do not already have a connection to LaComunity, go to your Channel Manager tab within the Vacation Rental Management Software (VRMS), click ‘+Add Channel’ and then ‘Connect’ under the LaComunity logo. Full information regarding LaComunity and instructions on how to connect are given there.
- If you already have LaComunity included in your Channel Manager, you may now be able to add a further portal within your package. Contact your account manager to check this.
- If you do not have a Channel Manager package, please contact your account manager to discuss your options.
